The Lost Boys


Just about everyone has their own slightly different opinion on what the Lost Boys would be like, how they would behave, and so on. So instead of offering a pre-made family of Lost Boys for you to plop down in your neighborhood, I offer the skins only. That way you can give each boy the personality you feel fits them best. You can start off with all four of them in a family together or create them all separately and play through each boy's initiation into the group.





David
David is well-known as the leader of the Lost Boys. He enjoys playing with his food, hanging off bridges, and having the other boys give him rides in his wheelchair/throne.

Dwayne
Dwayne is probably the quietest of the four Boys. He is often seen at David's side, a habit which has led some to speculate that he may be David's second-in-command.

Marko
The most colorful of the four Boys. It is theorized that just as Dracula could control wolves, Marko may have control over city pigeons.

Paul
Paul enjoys listening to rock music, parties, and long moonlit strolls around the lip of the fountain. It was stated in the book adaptation that he was the youngest of the four Boys.

Max: Head Vampire


Max is the head vampire of Santa Carla.
He also owns VideoMax, "the finest video
store in Santa Carla."

Help on downloading and using skins
In case you don't know how to get those new skins into your game, here are some instructions to help you along.

  1. Download the file(s). It doesn't really matter where you download them to, as long as you'll be able to find them later.
  2. If you don't have a program that can unzip .zip files, now would be a good time to get one. WinZip and StuffIt are two programs you can use, but there are others out there as well.
  3. Unzip the .zip files.
  4. Go into the folders you unzipped and take a look at the contents. There should be .bmp, .cmx and .skn files, and one or two readme.txt files inside.
  5. Put everything except the readme files into your Maxis / The Sims / GameData / Skins folder*.
  6. Enjoy your new Lost Sims!
* If a window appears asking if you want to replace an existing .cmx or .skn file, say no. This probably means that you already have those files on your computer, in which case you can probably just ignore the copy you downloaded from Lost Sims. Your new Sim should still work just fine. If you do run into problems, feel free to contact me and I'll help you the best I can.
